Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters deeply to us. You share sensitive, personal things — your date of birth and intimate relationship stories — and we treat every bit of it as confidential.

We collect what you give us at intake: your email, first name, date of birth, the situation and questions you share, and (for a subscription) your billing details — which are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

We use your information to create and deliver your reading, to run a mandatory automated safety check before sending, to provide support, and to send you transactional emails (your reading, receipts, your code, and service notices).

We minimize the personal information sent to our reading provider to only what a reading needs, and we never log your story or date of birth in plain text.

We use trusted processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic / Claude (reading generation and the safety check), Supabase (secure database), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics and session replay). We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is protected with row-level security and encryption at rest, and access is limited to trusted server-side processes. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing contact@psychicnyra.com.

We use analytics and advertising cookies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand site traffic and measure the performance of our ads. You can limit or block these through your browser settings and your ad-platform preferences (e.g. Facebook ad settings); essential site functionality works regardless.

We also use Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmaps, which records how visitors interact with our pages — including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and the content typed into forms — to help us improve the experience. We never enable this on pages that carry a private order link. You can opt out of Clarity recording via your browser's Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control settings.
